Julia is by far the best PT I have ever trained with. I have a very busy work life with lots of travel / entertaining and I was finding it hard to get in shape. Julia worked with me on some lifestyle tweaks & meal plan recommendations along with training with her in the garage twice a week… I’ve been steadily losing fat and gaining strength ever since we started. Very close to 10 kgs off now and people regularly commenting on it :-)She’s really good fun, incredibly knowledgeable about health, fitness, nutrition & lifestyle and she’s generally a great person to be around.Highly recommended!

Her home gym setup is awesome with great equipment. Julia is very motivating!I've also had some nutrition sessions with Julia which have been super helpful. Personal training with Julia is awesome! She is a perfervid and enthusiastic trainer who motivates clients to achieve their goals. I'm doing new exercises, lifting personal bests, and feeling physically stronger and more mobile than I have for a while.Julia's home gym set-up is clean and organised, and she has modified it to provide a comfortable, all-weather training environment.As a whole food plant based eater, my food choices challenged Julia when devising a meal plan. She succeeded, and continues to help me combat my chocolate addiction (my only WFPB vice), using her knowledge in alternative ways for my benefit.It took me a year to find Julia. I almost settled on another personal trainer out of frustration and search engine fatigue, but I'm glad I procrastinated. The benefits were worth the wait. (And the playlists are superb!)

Her garage gym is really well set-up, and her approach is tailored to the individual, focused on correct form and progression, while also fun and motivating!

I had a really warm welcome when I first met Julia, she runs her personal training sessions from her home garage. It has all the equipment you need and seems quite secluded and safe once you're in there. Julia keeps me positive and knows when to give me that little push to maximize the workout. She is also very understanding of people's needs and makes communication easy. You can also message Julia outside of your session if you have any questions. Julia has helped me with my nutrition too and will write you up a home or gym workout no problem. Working with Julia, I have learned how to perform tons of exercises, ranging from easy to advanced, to use for my own workouts. She has also helped me with my posture! Im standing up straight now which is making me want to do more weight training, as I have seen great results. She's also helped strengthen my weak knees and im progressing with legs at an empowering rate! Julia plays good music and uses the aircon, yes aircon when it gets too hot. Julia has a friendly business which is well presented and professional. I always look forward to my workouts with Julia as she makes it easy and fun!!! Thanks Julia!

I have been training with Julia since Oct/2021, she is outstanding personal trainer and always finds a way to keep me motivated to reach my best while training. The progress I started to see is amazing, I was not expecting such progress in few months of training. I am feeling stronger and healthier!Julia is highly knowledgeable nutritionist, she provided me effective ways to improve my digestive system and efficiently balance my calories intake. She provided a flexible and easy to follow meal plan.She is also a very nice person, in the PT sessions I workout hard with a nice chat and very good laugh… that awesome, right?!? I highly recommend her!
