Nikky May

When I first met Nikky May I was on antidepressants and anxiety medications. I kept trying to go off my medication because I didn't like how they made me feel. Then Nikky explained gut health to me and how it might help with my depression and I thought I would try.She helped me understand healthy eating, how to read labels and what food are good for me and what isn't. She taught me about gut bacteria and how to eat to feed the good ones.After a while I started to feel better than I have in years and decided to try coming off my medication. I am now free from all my medication and feel clear minded and human again. I was skeptical in the beginning but I wish someone had explained gut health and healthy eating to me 20 years ago.Thanks for helping me Nikky!
