You never know how much a professional can help until you really need one for your daughter to gain weight & not to have to go into hospital. Thank goodness for the lovely Emma who offered to come to our house which made life so much easier, was lovely to talk to & her advice on easy diet additions has now eased a lot of stress in our family. Jess is continually gaining weight each week & everyone, me especially, is very thankful for that. I could not recommend Emma & the team at Habits for Health more highly.
